THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) AND BROWARD COUNTY WELCOME YOU TO THE EXHIBIT ROOM FOR THE PUBLIC KICK-OFF MEETING FOR THE BROWARD COMMUTER RAIL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENT (PD&E) STUDY.

THE EXHIBIT ROOM IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE BROWARD COMMUTER RAIL STUDY. DURING THE KICK-OFF MEETING, THE PROJECT TEAM WILL BE SUMMARIZING AND EXPLAINING MUCH OF THE INFORMATION YOU WILL SEE IN THIS EXHIBIT ROOM.

Commuter Rail History

The need for Commuter Rail in South Florida was determined several years ago, and this exhibit describes the project’s history.

The Broward Commuter Rail Study will address the critical issues of roadway congestion, livability, and connectivity.
